Sadly no longer with us, Hinchinbrook sired his 18th stakes-winner on Saturday when East Indiaman took out the Listed SAJC Nitchske Stakes at Morphettville.

Gelded before coming back into work for his current preparation, the Tony McEvoy trained three year-old has been in great form since then and scored a career best win in the 1400 metre sprint.

He worked forward from an outside draw and kicked strongly to the line to win by three-quarters of a length taking his overall record to three wins and four placings from 11 starts with prizemoney just shy of $150,000.
