Sydney, September 2- Former outstanding racemare Magical Miss featured at Rosehill on Saturday when her five year-old daughter Sables scored a determined victory over 2000 metres for the Peter Snowden stable.

A $300,000 purchase for Darley from the 2009 Inglis Easter draft of Yarraman Park, Sables had been working up to a win this preparation with some good recent efforts and put it altogether to beat her stablemate Peck by more than a length in the Benchmark 80 event.

Sables has the overall record of four wins and six placings from 18 starts with close to $140,000 in prizemoney.

A daughter of Darley shuttler Elusive Quality (USA), Sables was bred by the Wyllie Group and raised at Yarraman Park.

She is one of four winners for dual Group I winner Magical Miss, who is also the dam of stakes-placed Gioe and Weasley, who may well have gone on to win a stakes race if he had not died prematurely.
