Our exciting young sire Hellbent has a very good chance in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic this Saturday in talented Peter and Paul Snowden trained filly Miss Hellfire and his stock were in hot demand during the first session of the Magic Millions Yearling Sale on Tuesday.

Top seller for Hellbent was the Yarraman Park consigned filly from stakes-winner Hoss Amor that made $460,000 to the bid of Alan and Jennifer Acton.

A three-quarter sister to stakes-winner Quantico, she looms as a fast and precocious filly suited for next year’s big 2YO race!

Other great results for Hellbent on Tuesday were fillies from Heritage Lane and Fairchild that made $330,000 and $320,000 to the bid of BK Racing And Breeding/Brad Widdup Racing and Yes Bloodstock, while a colt from Honoululu Lass made $320,000 when bought by Golden River Investments/All Winners Thoroughbreds.

Hellbent’s sire I Am Invincible was the leading sire by average after session one with five yearlings averaging $468,000 and his best result was the $900,000 filly from Fastnet Rock stakes-winner Harlem River that was consigned by Newgate and bought by Sheamus Mills Bloodstock.

The sale continues.
