The opening session of the 2019 Magic Millions Perth Yearling Sale on Monday was topped by a stunning son of Yarraman Park’s superstar sire I Am Invincible.
Consigned by Western Breeders Alliance, the colt is from the grand producing Real Jester mare Jestceny, the dam of five winners headed by stakes-winner The River and stakes-placed Jestpatim and Soundcheck.
He was purchased for $260,000 by John Chalmers Bloodstock/ Pearce Racing.
“He’s a lovely colt,” co-trainer Ben Pearce said. “He’s very powerful.
“We’ll be excited to get him to the races for a loyal client of ours Warren Martin.
“For an I Am Invincible that’s what you’ve got to pay. We were happy to get him for $260,000.”
