Hong Kong, November 27 – Making it back to back wins at Happy Valley on Wednesday was Encosta de Lago five year-old Enjoy the Game, who relished a quick seven day back-up to score for Ricky Yiu.
He broke his maiden with a dominant two length win over 1650 metres and was successful again over 1800 metres by a short head.
Enjoy the Game was bought by his trainer for $160,000 from the Yarraman Park draft from Inglis Easter Session II.
Enjoy the Game is a half-brother to stakes-winner Devoirs and is the third winner for Group II winning Flying Spur mare Velasco, who has a yearling filly by Hinchinbrook and has foaled this spring producing a colt by Smart Missile.
