Sydney , April 12 – Improving Magic Albert filly Toldyas made it back-to-back metropolitan wins when she saluted in the last race on the card at Royal Randwick on Wednesday.
Backing up from a last start win on the Kensington track, the Albert Stapleford trained Toldyas powered home over the 1400 metres to score a strong half length win.
A model of consistency, Toldyas has won three races and placed eight times from 12 starts earning $95,850.
Bred and retained to race by the Stapleford family, Toldyas is the third foal of Balciano Miss, a handy country winner of five races.
Toldyas is one of 31 winners in Australia and New Zealand this season for Magic Albert, who has had a fee increase for the 2007 season and will stand at $16,500.
