Melbourne, November 7 – This dashing grey daughter of Testa Rossa dished out a galloping lesson to older rivals when she bolted in at Mornington on Monday.

The Tony Noonan trained Quicksilver Lass made a lie of her debut failure on heavy ground last month, bouncing back to score a resounding five length win in the 1210 metre maiden.

A $100,000 Magic Millions purchase for Pacific Heritage Farms from the Yarraman Park draft, Quicksilver Lass is the first foal of stakes-winning Redoute’s Choice mare Fullazz, who comes from the family of stakes-winners such as Loving Cup, Laudemio, Pittance and Shy Hero.

Fullazz has a yearling filly by Northern Meteor and produced a filly foal this spring by another young son of Encosta de Lago in Manhattan Rain.

Yarraman Park will present another crackerjack draft for the 2012 Magic Millions featuring 19 youngsters including four by the stud’s own top class sire Magic Albert.
