David Vandyke produced a promising debut juvenile winner for I Am Invincible at Canberra on Friday when Invincible Express saluted in good style.
Sent out favourite, she overcame an outside gate to win running away by more than a length in a most promising debut.
Bred by Ray Gall and raced by long time clients of the Van Dyke stable, Invincible Express was foaled at Yarraman Park and is the first winner for former smart juvenile winner Millennium Express, who died after leaving just two foals.
She is the 14th Australian two year-old winner this season for I Am Invincible, who is running second to only Snitzel for individual juvenile winners.
I Am Invincible is fully booked this spring at a fee of $55,000.
