Gold Coast, June 6 – Personify, a stakes-winning half-sister to young Yarraman Park based sire Foreplay, was one of the top sellers during the second session of the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale when she made $1,025,000.

The three year-old filly generated much interest and was secured by Badgers Bloodstock on behalf of Starcraft’s owner Paul Makin.

The regard in which Personify and her dam Procrastinate are held only serves to emphasize the enormous commercial appeal of this wonderful Black Type producing family.

This season’s stakes-placed two year-old Patasi, by Danehill Dancer (IRE) from Procrastinate, made $1.6 million at the 2006 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale and the current Redoute’s Choice yearling colt from Procrastinate made $2million at Easter this year.

Procrastinate herself was sold this year at the Inglis Australian Select Broodmare Sale fetching $660,000 to the bid of BBA Ireland and is in foal to Personify’s sire Galileo (IRE).

Foreplay is undoubtedly one of the best bred young sons of Danehill (USA) available to Australian breeders and he has the looks and race performance to match.

A $625,000 purchase from the 2003 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale, Foreplay was the fourth highest priced yearling colt sired by Danehill (USA) at that sale.

He showed great natural ability in winning the Listed MRC J.R.A Stakes over 1100 metres and ran the race of his life when third to champion three year-olds Alinghi and Fastnet Rock in a vintage renewal of the Group One VRC Newmarket Handicap.

Foreplay will stand his second season this spring at a fee of $13,200
