Hellbent had more yearlings sell at Inglis Classic this week than any other sire with 26 changing hands to generate $2,447,000 at an average $94,115 and 10 sold for $100,000 or more representing a great result off his 2022 service fee of $22,000 (inc GST).

Yarraman Park bred and sold his top seller with a filly from Mowgli fetching $230,000 to the bid of K Hosaka / Rising Sun Syndicate. The filly is a half-sister to G2 winner Seonee from a half-sister to Champion Hong Kong Sprinter and four-time G1 winner Beat The Clock.

Mowgli produced another filly by Hellbent last spring before vising Brave Smash (Jpn).

Riversdale sold the top colt for Hellbent with McEvoy Mitchell Racing / Belmont Bloodstock paying $200,000  for their colt from Glamarama, a young winning Zoustar mare from the famed ‘Tennessee’ family that has produced G1 winners such as Malaguerra, Seabrook and Aloha.

Hellbent has 13 entries for Inglis Premier and eight for Magic Millions Adelaide next month.
