It was all over in a flash at Rosehill Gardens when Fully Lit, the four-year-old son of Hellbent, stormed home by 5.19 lengths in the final race on Saturday, 16 August.
Carrying 60kg over 1400m on a Heavy 8 track, jockey Adam Hyeronimus took him straight to the lead from barrier two and never looked back.
Trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, Fully Lit announced himself early with victories in his first two starts, including the RL Inglis Millennium (1100m), and has already banked $1,488,200 in prizemoney from just 10 runs.

Bought and raced by RedFox Racing from the 2023 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, he is the second foal of the Snitzel mare Sunlit, bred and sold by Glenlogan Park. Sunlit was covered by I Am Invincible last season.
Hellbent closed out the 2024/25 racing season with an impressive 54.8% winners-to-runners strike rate – just 0.2% behind his champion sire, I Am Invincible – and stands this season at an unchanged fee of $38,500 (inc GST).
