Hong Kong, November 20 – Placed at his last three runs, Encosta de Lago five year-old Enjoy the Game broke through to win at Happy Valley in Hong Kong on Wednesday for Ricky Yiu.
He broke his maiden with a dominant two length win over 1650 metres.
Enjoy the Game was bought by his trainer for $160,000 from the Yarraman Park draft from Inglis Easter Session II.
Enjoy the Game is a half-brother to stakes-winner Devoirs and is the third winner for Group II winning Flying Spur mare Velasco, who has a yearling filly by Hinchinbrook and has foaled this spring producing a colt by Smart Missile.
