Scone, May 19 – It was business as usual at the weekend for Leading Australian First Season Sire I Am Invincible, who had a new winner in New Zealand in Leeds, a new stakes performer in two year-old filly Uratta Belle and the sale-topper at the 2014 Inglis Scone HTBA Select Yearling Sale on Sunday.
Consigned for sale by Yarraman Park as Lot 185, the colt from stakes-winner Flickering Fire was snapped up by Darby Bloodstock for $82,500.
A strong athletic individual, stamped in the mould of his sire, he is a half-brother to five winners including Final Crescendo, who gained Black Type recently when second in the Listed Prime Ministers Cup at the Gold Coast.
