On a straight multiple of service fee to average on sires with three or more sold at the 2016 Magic Millions Yearling Sale, Yarraman Park’s I Am Invincible was comfortably in front returning 18.8 times his 2013 service fee of $11,000, his 19 yearlings averaging $207,105. It’s the third year in a row that our young superstar has topped this category and reflects the growing respect that is held for the good looking son of champion European sire Invincible Spirit, whose dual Group I winning son Brazen Beau is a popular member of the Darley Victoria roster. I Am Invincible had a fee rise last year to $55,000 and covered nearly 200 mares, so is still on an upswing as his better pedigreed yearlings come on line down the track. He has the type nailed and in a few short years, his stock will have the page to go with it! Hinchinbrook also generated great returns for his supporters with 15 yearlings averaging $127,333, which was 7.7 times service fee.
