A half-brother by I Am Invincible to this season’s brilliant two year-old stakes-winner Haptic topped Day Two of the 2015 Magic Millions National Yearling Sale at the Gold Coast on Wednesday.

Presented by Yarraman Park Stud, the star colt from Troubeaut was knocked down for $260,000 to John Crowley for Mecca Thoroughbreds and will head to Sydney to be trained.

“He’s the best colt in the sale,” Crowley reported. “He’s a very athletic horse.

“He moves very well and he’s going to make a lovely three-year-old – just a real athlete.

“I know his dam well – she was a very good performer – and she’s doing the job at stud.”

He is the fourth foal of six time winning Beautiful Crown (USA) mare Troubeaut, whose only foals to race are Godolphin’s Golden Slipper runner Haptic, winner of the Listed ATC Lonhro Plate and stakes-placed Heart’s Delight.
