Gold Coast, March 28 – With limited representation Magic Albert still made his presence felt on the Gold Coast this week with two colts selling for $170,000 and $100,000, both snapped up by the leading buyer at the sale.

Cressfield Stud’s half-brother to ‘tough as teak’ sprinter Mustard from Altezza proved the star attraction for Magic Albert when he was knocked down to Patinack Farm for $170,000.

Just two lots from the end of a mammoth catalogue of 900, Yarraman produced the Magic Albert colt (pictured) from Group Three winner Lusso who was also bought by Patinack for $100,000.
