Yarraman Park will open the gates on Sunday August 26th from 9.30 am welcoming broodmare owners to inspect our stallions for 2012 including perennial favourite Magic Albert, who was one of 13 sires to produce 100 winners or more in 2011/2012.

Magic Albert finished the season with 102 winners of $4.3 million in prizemoney including five stakes-winners headed by Group I winner Albert the Fat.

It’s the second year in a row that Magic Albert has posted a century of winners and boding particularly well for the future is that of those 102 winners, 34 were three year-olds and as we know only too well, the Magic Albert stock invariably get better and better with maturity.

Magic Albert has been extremely well supported in the past three seasons covering 441 mares, so the success he is currently enjoying is likely to blossom further in the next few years as these better bred crops of foals come on line.

Magic Albert stands this year at a fee of $22,000 alongside I Am Invincible at $11,000 and exciting young prospect Hinchinbrook at $16,500.

All will be on show at Yarraman Park on Sunday morning August 26 at 9.30 am as well as a few of the very first foals by Hinchinbrook.
