Kembla, April 30 – Yarraman Park graduates posted a winning double at Kembla on Tuesday with victories for Mr Smart and Wine ‘n’ Dine, both horses purchased from the Inglis Scone Yearling Sale where Yarraman Park will offer a draft of seven this year.

First to salute was the Steve Farley trained three year-old Mr Smart, who bolted in to win by three lengths over 1600 metres.

It was his second win from five starts with two minor placings and Mr Smart has now won over $35,000 in prizemoney, not bad for a horse purchased by his trainer at Scone for just $2,500 in 2011.

Making it a Yarraman double later in the day was the Grahame Begg trained Foreplay gelding Wine ‘n’ Dine, who won just as easily scoring by three and a half lengths over 1300 metres.

A $55,000 Scone purchase, Wine ‘n’ Dine has won twice from 13 starts earning over $60,000 and looks to have come back well after an 11 week let-up.

Yarraman Park will offer seven youngsters at the 2013 Inglis HTBA Scone Yearling Sale on May 19, three by Magic Albert, three by I Am Invincible and one by Reaan. Click here to see them.
