Sydney, January 25 – Magic Albert enjoyed good solid results at the 2010 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale in Sydney with 20 yearlings selling for up to $100,000.

Fairview Park Stud sold an outstanding chestnut colt (pictured) from handy metropolitan winner Kianben for $100,000 to the bid of B McGrath, while Bell River Thoroughbreds got the same amount for their colt from stakes-placed Arthur’s Lass who was knocked down to Mulcaster Bloodstock.

Top selling fillies for Magic Albert were youngsters from Dainty Deb and Cassis that both fetched $60,000 and were both consigned by Murrulla Stud on behalf of Yarraman.

Magic Albert is the sire of 40 winners this season of more than $1million in prizemoney led by his new stakes-winner Plain Magic.
