An eye-catching half-brother by I Am Invincible to Group I winner Volatile Mix topped the Hong Kong International Sale (July) at the Sha Tin Parade Ring on Friday night with all19 lots offered sold for a total of HK$74.3 million

The gelding, catalogued as Lot 8, fetched HK$7.2million (AUD$1.338 million) to the bid of Sze-To Kin Sun and was bought originally by the Hong Kong Jockey Club from the Torryburn Stud draft at Inglis Easter for $1million.

Bred by Linda Huddy, he is the third foal of Group III placed High Chaparral (IRE) mare Utopia.

I Am Invincible has had four winners in Hong Kong this season.
